How does credit-based pricing work?+
Every API call deducts credits based on the operation. A scrape costs ~1 credit; a crawl scales with pages processed. Admins configure exact rates per operation, and you see every charge in the dashboard logs.
Do credits reset every month?+
Yes — for every plan, Free included. At the start of each billing period your balance is reset to that plan's monthly allowance. Any unused plan credits from the previous period are cleared and do not roll over. Bonus credits from referrals or redemption codes are kept separate and are not reset.
When exactly does the refill happen?+
Paid plans refill the instant your subscription renews through the billing provider (Dodo). Free plans are refilled automatically by a daily job 30 days after your last refill — no action needed on your side.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Requests return a 402 status until your next monthly refill or you upgrade. We never overcharge or auto-bill overages.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes — within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided you've used less than 10% of your plan's credits.
Is the API stable?+
v1 is in production and follows semantic versioning. Breaking changes will only land in v2 with at least 90 days of overlap.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard. Switching plans resets your balance to the new plan's monthly allowance — leftover plan credits from the previous period are not transferred.

Yes. Every new account starts on the Free plan with 100 credits — no credit card required — refilled to 100 every 30 days, automatically.
