1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or sending a request to the API, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without notice.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials.
- Notify us immediately at security@neuroapi.me if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are liable for all activity occurring under your account or API keys.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including data protection, intellectual property, and computer-fraud statutes. You must respect the robots.txt, terms, and rate limits of any third-party site you access through the Service.
5. Credits and billing
- The Service is metered in credits. Credit costs per operation are described in the documentation and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
- Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Promotional and redeemed credits expire as stated at issuance and have no cash value.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due, including applicable taxes.
6. Service availability
We target the uptime described in our public status page but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may cause downtime.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by NeuroAPI and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to the input you submit and the output you retrieve. We claim no ownership over content lawfully scraped or generated via the Service on your behalf.
8. Third-party content
Content retrieved through the Service originates from third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of that content complies with the source's terms, copyright, and applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or place users or infrastructure at risk. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroAPI's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NeuroAPI harmless from any claim, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
